One is your DIET. The food you eat has something to do with the improvement of your eyesight. It has the power to make or break your vision. Consider having a healthy diet not only for other parts of your body but also for your eye. Improving your eye actually only takes eating right and eating healthy, so even though you are not rich financially, if the food you eat are rich in vitamins and minerals like fruits and vegetables, you can still have the better eyesight you have always wanted.

Two, is EXERCISE or eye exercises specifically. Performing eye exercises is indeed a good way to improve your eyesight naturally. This is especially good for those people who are working in front of their computers most time of the day. Performing eye exercises is really the cheapest and the most stress-free way to improve eyesight because you don't need to strain your whole body, you don't need to lift heavy objects and other routines as well as you don't need to buy heavy workout equipments. You just have to look around and focus. This way, even if you are not well off enough to buy exercise machines, it does not mean you can not exercise your eye for improvement.
